3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, operating system, and language settings.

- Usage information, such as model selections, generation counts, minutes processed, storage usage, downloads, and subscription-limit activity.

3.3 Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers. We may receive limited information related to your subscription, payment status, billing country, invoice history, and payment identifiers.
3.4 Audio, Scripts, and Generated Outputs
Depending on how you use the Services, we may process recordings, uploaded files, generated voices, transcripts, scripts, show notes, prompts, and downloadable outputs. This information is processed to provide the features you request, improve reliability, enforce plan limits, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

If you choose to connect external services or use bring-your-own-key features, we may process tokens, API keys, and related configuration data as necessary to enable those integrations. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect and use those services.

We do not retain customer content for model training and do not use your scripts, recordings, uploads, prompts, or generated outputs to train our models.
We may retain limited operational data, such as account records, billing records, security logs, and usage data, where reasonably necessary to operate the Services, enforce plan limits, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, understand usage patterns, secure the Services, and improve performance.
You can control many cookie and storage settings through your browser or device. Disabling certain technologies may affect how the Services function.
8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that would make us a “seller” under applicable privacy laws, unless we explicitly disclose otherwise.
