Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited behavior when using Unicorn AI Studio. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and applies to all users and plans.

1. You Must Not Use the Service To

• Violate laws, regulations, sanctions, or court orders.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Create or distribute malware, phishing, fraud, or deceptive content.
• Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or abuse individuals or groups.
• Create or distribute non-consensual sexual content or exploitative content.
• Generate content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.
• Impersonate people or organizations in a misleading way.
• Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or account restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or benchmark the service to build a competing offering without written permission.
• Overload or disrupt systems through abusive automation, excessive traffic, or denial-of-service behavior.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, generated outputs, account security, and downstream use or publication of content. You must ensure you have the legal rights and permissions needed for all submitted or generated material.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including warning notices, feature restrictions, account suspension, account termination, content removal, and referral to law enforcement where required.

4. Reporting Abuse

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP over time. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised date.
